I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Capricci Romani, ideally located just a short stroll from St Peter's Square and the Vatican. The hotel's proximity to these key sites made my historical explorations of Rome significantly more accessible. The ambiance of the dining area was inviting. While breakfast wasn't included in the accommodation package, the provision of fresh pastries and a Nespresso coffee machine made mornings delightful, reminiscent of the quaint cafes in Poland's medieval towns that I often frequent. It was a pleasure to start my day with artisanal coffee and indulge in the complimentary treats before heading out. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore nearby dining options. Taverna Bavarese, a mere stone's throw away, served hearty meals that perfectly complemented my culinary experiences back home. After a day of exploring history, I found it comforting to unwind with some international flavors, a testament to the diverse gastronomy available in Rome. Capricci Romani's attentive staff provided solid recommendations for local attractions and the convenience of storing our luggage on check-out day was appreciated, making it a hassle-free experience. Capricci Romani turned out to be a fitting base for a gourmet getaway.
